EonNext and crossed meter

Hi all,

Just wanted any advice on if there is anyone else I can go to for help as I am at end of my tether now!
I moved into a new build June 2021, in Sept 2021 I realised that I was being billed for the wrong meter readings. I contacted EoNnext and was told that they would fix it, may take couple of months. It is still going on as they said to change the MPRN on the national database and it is not them but external company so I just have to wait. It is over 2yrs now!
I was contacting them every month to change my bill, by sending correct readings and photo of the meter which they accepted.
After speaking to Citizens Advce in April 2023 (as the issue still wasnt solved despite me ringing and emailing monthly) they advised I contact the ombudsman. Which I did, and they ruled in my favour as it had then been 2yrs since I moved in.
I was told EonNext had 30 days to complete it.. after 30 days EonNext emailed to say it was going to take a bit longer. This is when it went tits up!
They no longer accept my meter readings, they have told the ombudsman twice that everything is fixed and it is not. I am still receiving bills with wrong MPRN. My readings are 3307, the neighbours is 12600 so they are wanting me to pay it. I have emailed and said it is wrong and I am not paying until I receive a correct bill. Eonnext will not talk to me and have told me that the ombudsman was satisfied it has been solved so I will have to keep going to them as they won't deal with me.
I don't want to get bad credit record but I am not paying thousands when I owe less than £100!
I rang another energy company to see if I could change to them and they change the meter, they said no other energy company can take over supplying until Eonnext have sorted the meter issue out!
Can I go to the national database and get them to change it? And how would I do that?
I'm so fed up with this nonsense!
Thanks
