Vendor lied on property form about flooding three months after buying my house has flooded

Has son discussed with the neighbours what prevention they had in place, and whether it worked?

is it possible the flooding was restricted to the property e'g run off from surrounding land, which only affected the property and not the general area. This might account for the searches not mentioning.

Sorry to hear about your son’s experience. Our vendors were s**t bags and hid loads of things from us and put incorrect information on the PIF. It wasn’t financially feasible for us to raise the issue any further so we had to fix up what we could and move on. Keep us updated OP. It should be better for buyers but it just isn’t
