Hello everyone ( didn't put morning as it won't be by the time I finish posting
)Rained most of the night and all morning so far. Thanks nmlc. Hope you find your letter Scarlet.
Yesterday I had a wardrobe clearout, mainly stuff that's too big these days. I saw a post on FB from the shelter charity shop in town asking for donations so packed them into a bag and my trolley, there was a coat and a great thick coatigan and quite a lot of tops. Luckily DH rang to ask if I'd done an invoice for his customer as he would pick it up before carrying on to the window place, so I hastily got ready and got a lift & he was able to drop me near the shop. Then I went in the hb shop nearby and got a few bits. Then on to buy a mouse for DS2's new laptop ( a very early Xpresent from us) The shop keeps all stuff like that in the back and has the empty boxes on show due to shoplifters she said. I only realised she gave me a wired one instead of the wireless one I chose. which was £5 more . Not sure it's worth the effort of going back though.DH has invited DB1 and SIL , and poss DNiece on Sat. night and he'll cook (Greek) Might have to get the extra chairs out of the loft if DS1 is in too and move the table out. Deep clean starts today then! DH says it's tidy enoughGers we seem to get a lot of webs in this old house- think I'll pretend they're for Halloween
