Hi all
I have read through the forums and newbie thread but am not to sure on what steps i need to take for this.
I had recieved a parking ticket from MET parking services in 2018 for parking in a electric charging bay. At the time i did not realise this was not allowed.
I had ignored all the usual parking ticket letters etc

This september i had recieved a Claim Form letter from DCB Legal for around £350
I had also ignored this letter thinking it was just the usual spam.
However i have now recieved a Judgement for Claimaint letter for an increased sum and added interest dated on the 16th October.
I have read through the forums and newbie thread but am not to sure on what steps i need to take for this.

Even ten years ago, back when the advice was to ignore private PCNs, no-one ever said to ignore court claims.
Sorry to say, whoever told you that 'ignore' was still correct has nearly cost you your credit rating. I'm afraid you will have to pay to avoid a CCJ.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
