Evri "delivered" photo

Have used Evri for quite some time and on the whole have had very few problems but for this bug-bear!
I always check the Pic of delivery on Evri website and on the last 3 occasions all it has shown is the map of relevent postal area with the big red dot. I used to get a pic of the parcel. Is anyone else having this?

As the receiver, we've been getting photos of the parcel sticking out the letterbox. Unfortunately the last 2 we also have the doorbell video of someone else coming along and pulling them back out the letterbox and walking off with them a few minutes later
