think if you can upload the CCA letter they sent. maybe someone can check or you just pay slowly until you can chuck more money in eventually and even get a tiny discount in the future from themChristians Against Poverty solved my debt problem, when all other debt charities failed. Give them a call !! ( You don't have to be a Christian ! )

I would still suggest uploading what pra sent you as some moderators may be able to inspect what they sent you
just blank off your name and address.

It is not unknown for credit companies to cobble together a reconstructed CAA using the signature on a cheque or letter. Possibly less likely today but has been done, even when the signature wasn't one used by the borrower at the time they opened the account.
Plus, blank postal orders usually get returned and can be reused by yourself. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
But as there is no requirement for a copy credit agreement to be signed, its a bit of a mute point these days.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
