think if you can upload the CCA letter they sent. maybe someone can check or you just pay slowly until you can chuck more money in eventually and even get a tiny discount in the future from them

I have done CCA requests with original lenders that haven't sold my debts on awaiting results. I suppose once nationwide debt is paid you can chuck more to pra,or are both debts designed to end at same time on plan.
I would still suggest uploading what pra sent you as some moderators may be able to inspect what they sent you
just blank off your name and address.
did the cca come with all the terms and conditions interest rates .your correct name and address etc
handy hint if you register with the PRA website you can go on and setup how much you want to pay, without having talk to them. So you could set it to £80 per month or lower your choice.
I have Dyslexia which is a learning difficulty that primarily affects the skills involved in accurate and fluent word reading and spelling so some post may not make sense.

You don't even have to do that. Just send them.an email saying what you will be paying, job done.
  • off to post office to send my last two CCA letters to tiny debts.send the big CCA letters last week recorded delivery.royal mail showed them tracked and signed for !!
I put a cheque for £1 in each letter with my name and consumer debt account number on the back
here's hoping I get good replies but all should state on hold in initial replies from them.
There is a reason for advising you to use a Postal Order rather than a personal cheque for these £1 payments.  A personal cheque gives them a copy of your signature and many other details which the more dubious of these companies could use to concoct fake CCA documents. You've even given them account numbers!!

they need my account  reference numbers in order to search for my credit agreement .

    I don't get your point.

It is not unknown for credit companies to cobble together a reconstructed CAA using the signature on a cheque or letter. Possibly less likely today but has been done, even when the signature wasn't one used by the borrower at the time they opened the account.

Plus, blank postal orders usually get returned and can be reused by yourself.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing

But as there is no requirement for a copy credit agreement to be signed, its a bit of a mute point these days.
