Ahem! Dopey question alert, but, I'm wondering what they mean by a "callback calamity story." Any thoughts?

Thanks @Comping_Rich I did read that. I'm just confused about what they mean by "Call Back". I'm wondering if they mean calling back a tradesperson cos they screwed up, calling on us because another trader screwed up, or something completely different.
Thanks

@Blulu I see what you’re asking. I would say either because the tradesperson screwed up or another one did. Could also be the customer getting a tradesperson back to do another job, or rectifying something that doesn’t need rectifying.Posting is a privilege, not a right. This is a privately-owned site. Thanks again CR. That really helps, partly because if you're not sure, I feel, slightly, less dopey 😊 also, cos what you said makes sense. Thanks for posting it. I like these 'fun' comps.

I've read it a slightly different way, that they're looking for silly reasons their customer has called them after they've completed the job.
Like the time I called my garage as I thought the accelerator pedal was broken.
Turned out my car mat had slipped and was stopping the pedal from being pressed
(I did feel a bit silly when they explained it to me, especially as they'd been working on the brakes and not anything inside the car !!)Best win ever: Trip to the Galapagos Islands in 20104 -
@LizB62 that also makes sense. And LOL at your story. We’ve all done stuff like that. I’m sure I can come with a good story now.
Thanks guys
