  • Interest on the main savings account is in, as well as the monthly amount for the monthly bill account.

I'm going to leave the interest in the monthly bill account for now but the main amount & some ebay sales will go straight to RF, making it £15,219

I booked two cycle events for next year so need to get motivation back. I'm looking at a week cycling the Danube Path next summer.

Stressful start to the day with someone not turning up for work - she is now so unreliable we are going to have to look at our options.

Rushing around I thought I'd curbed the alloy wheels on my car but I haven't luckily. I know its only a car but it was the most money I've ever spent on one and I'd like to keep it nice for a bit longer!

  • Work is busy but that means I have some extra hours. I'm going to split that 3 ways initially between holiday. RF and sofa/flooring pots. I will need to top up my presents pot for Christmas so that may need to come from the sofa/flooring pot I think.

DD (27) has finally overcome her anxiety of these things and taken over her phone contract so that £50 a month will go to the holiday pot.

Paid the balance for our accommodation for our Bath Xmas market trip on 24th Nov. 11 of us in one big house - should be fun. Had an overnight trip to Manchester and only had to cover petrol and parking so travel fund and holiday pots both reduced a bit

Had a small stone chip in my  windscreen fixed so had to pay out £85 but should get £60 back on insurance.

    Current status is:
    EF                            £1000
    Windows                  £3300
    Holiday                     £521
    Car                           £408 (this covers maintenance/RFL/Ins)
    Service charge         £750
Bumper                    £292 - I got a warranty on my car on 10 mth interest free plan and this is the pot  to pay it so it will decrease each month
    Sofa/flooring             £1110
Annual bills excess  £170 - were I've saved more than I needed. This came from the first half of my service charge year.
Electricity                 £504 mainly COL + a little bit
    Retirement Fund      £15425
    Presents                  £111  - xmas/birthdays
    Salary top up           £447.00
    Travel  fund              £103
    Leftover budgets      £9.21
