Existing curve card but no app to use with it, it got deactivated on phone

Options
Loaded up the curve app, got a message "has been deactivated on this phone".

Now it thinks I am a new user, I noticed a recovery option, and when I do that it wants all my details again as if I am a new account, and then if I go through the motions, it wants me to pay £5 again, when I have the card sitting right in front of me.

Any suggestions?

I already tried their contact, and no replies for a month.
