Estimating a realistic offer price for an unusual 1970s house

    You're right the utility and garage at the very least would be freezing!

    Are you a fan of the 70s house at the start of the topic? I just think the price for both is a bit punchy

    A 1950s build should be cavity wall construction. But the brick pattern looks like flemish bond, and the window reveals appear to be very narrow. Both of these suggest 9" solid walls to my mind - The EPC claims cavity wall, but these things are full of assumptions and could be wrong.
    Yes, it is possible to build a cavity wall using flemish bond as a decorative feature, so there might be a cavity there. But I would expect to see nice wide window sills on the inside.
