Food podcaster Gilly Smith called him the king of Tik Tok, the idol of Insta and one of the most compelling advocates for modern British food and regenerative farming. And we’re absolutely delighted that chef-turned-farmer Julius Roberts has created an exclusive Riverford recipe box for us.

To celebrate, we’re giving away one of his recipe boxes, with everything you need to create this delicious, autumnal squash, spinach and mozzarella lasagne, along with a copy of his debut cookbook The Farm Table.

Formerly a chef at London at iconic London restaurant Noble Rot, where he developed a passion for seasonal produce, Julius shifted to the rural lifestyle, taking on a smallholding in Dorset, and sharing his adventures in food and farming with an ever growing following on social media. Packed with unfussy, beautiful and seasonal dishes, The Farm Table has been hailed as a unique insight into farm life.
