Cleared Purchase History But Cannot Leave Feedback

Okay, yes, brain fog.

So I somehow opened all my purchase history and could not get it clear, went back 3 years. So bought some Turkish Delight and was able to clear when leaving feedback.  But, I am still waiting for a bottle of perfume, but I have somehow cleared it and can find the purchase but no way of leaving feedback. 

Is there a way to bring it back up with all the actions showing?  Hide, Leave Feedback etc?

I've just tried replicating this with something in my Purchase lists and i can only do it if i've entered something into the Comments box.
I wonder what you've actually done 🤔

I will try that, thank you.   I can see the link showing I bought and item closed but no way of Leave Feed Back.

I find you can see different things on your phone and PC so if you're looking on phone try PC  or vice versa
