Old JL Partnership Card

I am unable to get On-Line access my old John Lewis Credit Card. Customers services gave me a login address which does not work.  All they said was keep trying!
The address was: http://serving-card.hsbc.co.uk/gateway/api/portal/hsbc/login 
I need to clear the account balance because all they're doing is taking their interest and paying off very little of my balance.
Any help would be most appreciated.

You shouldn't need to log in to make a payment. Ring again, ask for the bank details (including the reference number to use) and send a faster payment.

If you've still got a statement, I'd expect the payee sort code and account number to be printed on it. Here's a bit of an old (2019) Partnership Card statement:

I'd be surprised if any of the details quoted above have changed, but it'd be worth checking - phone Customer Services if you don't have a recent bill of your own to look at. You don't have to wait for a bill, but can make a payment at any time. If you're setting up a payment in online banking, use the 16-digit card number as the reference. Be careful typing it!

HSBC UK don't allow debit card repayments. I know JLFS did but I suspect now they are no more the facility is also gone.
