Applied for a renewal passport on Sunday 15th Oct 2023, online.
Sent my old passport off on Monday, 5pm and got my new passport on Friday.
So really, got new passport back in 4 working days.
Amazing!

    Applied for mine, change of name and last passport expired 2014 so expected a delay. got it back in 10 days. I did use the post office service so wondered if that helps matters
