I used to be able to go on to the chat 'robot' and ask for a phone call.
The automated response would ask to confirm my telephone number and that was that.
Within a couple of minutes I was talking and solving whatever problem I had.
Has this changed now .. I am not just stuck in a loop and can not get to talk to anybody .. so annoying !!
What's the best (quickest) way ?

I eventually managed to get through to somebody .. I just picked something fro the menu nothing to do with what I really wanted to talk about and got through.
I always find their customer service members very helpful ... just getting to them is the problem1 -
