Hi, can anyone offer advice please? Attempted to purchase 2 tickets from Gigsberg only to be told (after inputting the credit card info) that the tickets were no longer available. We thought this was odd as we were still within the countdown timer. Bit annoyed it didn't go through (obviously there was no confirmation screen just the dialogue saying the tickets were no longer available) but decided to try for two more expensive tickets which we ordered and had confirmation etc.
We have now discovered that initial order did go through at their end and we have been charged for both orders. Have emailed to explain the second order was only made because the website told us the first order's tickets were no longer available and to request a refund. They just quoted their T and Cs ie no refunds but they could resell them. This does not seem fair to me as we were told the first order was unavailable. Does anyone know our rights here? Have never been in this situation but surely there must be some recourse for us? Thanks for any help anyone can offer
