Refusing an ipa

Remember the nil tax code means your tax will need to be paid from you to the OR.

How on earth did you manage that? The reason I've been putting off my bankruptcy for so long is that I earn around £3k monthly and am worried the OR is going to take everything over and above my bills for the next 3 years!

Post your SOA, there is a mountain of knowledge on here who can tell you what else can be added to pad out your SOA. You would be surprised what allowance's you can have. 👍
