Worx Landroid robot lawnmower

I bought a Worx Landroid robot lawnmower 2 or 3 years ago. It works really well, mows the lawn then goes back to its base to recharge. It does this every day at least once but usually twice.
Last week it developed a fault i.e. it wouldn't recharge. One email to support detailing the issue, and two days later a replacement charging tower arrived. NO charge.
Excellent service from Worx.

That is Sooooooo corny - but it made me chuckle and brightened up my Friday afternoon

Why does it cut the grass every day ?I only cut mine every couple of weeks, and in a hot summer period and the winter it does not need cutting at all .

It cuts every day so that the cuttings mulch back into the ground and improve the soil.
