UKCPS

I'm totally heading the advice to ignore letters and correspondence from these cowboys, but just interested to hear from anyone who has had a PCN in the past year or so and followed the advice to ignore them..... Has anything happened from the companies side, any chasers, debt collection notices or summons etc or are they still lying low and not pursuing?
Thanks

Didn't the most recent reply on your existing thread go a long way towards addressing that?

UKCPS haven't been litigious for probably more than 3 years now. What their pattern might be in the future is anyone's guess, but the advice to you for now is to await any next move from them. Ignore any silly debt collector letters, but come back on this thread in the unlikely event of receiving a Letter Of/Before Claim, or a County Court Claim via the Northampton CNBC.
Yeah it did but the op didn't say "speaking from experience of having had a PCN from said company, I can confirm that there is no pursuance from them", hence me asking if anyone else has had any experiences

This is not a case of speaking from experience, this is a case of MSE members advising you over years of experience with these parking scammers and the stupid debt collectors

Best you clue up reading the Newbies thread
