What are my rights

I have booked a weekend trip to Paris with Love Holidays, includes flights, hotel, transfers and reserved seats. I have now received an email from them stating the room I booked is no longer available. The alternative room is an additional  £2000!! I booked this as I thought it was a good offer in a nice hotel and do not have the additional funds to pay for the alternative room. 

What are my rights? Can I seek a full refund, for flights, extras as well as the hotel?

Yes, your rights under the Package Travel Regulations entitle you to a full refund of the entire package if there's a significant change to any of it, either in terms of the quality of replacement accommodation or its cost:

Most companies do not consider a change of accommodation as significant. However you're correct in saying asking for £2000 more would be a significant change.

Have Love Holidays offered any alternative accommodation without additional payment?

Thank you. No, they haven’t offered anything else, but I have asked them to provide alternative options.
