Royal Mail say a box type letter package clearly marked from a pharmaceutical company was delivered. They have a photo of it sticking out of my letter box as proof of delivery. I was home all day. No-one rung the bell. Presumably it could not have been pushed through as the letter box has a draught excluder and inner flap. As my door is directly on a public footpath someone must have taken it out of the letter box. I do not have a door cam and cannot prove it. The medication cost me £40 but the sender doesn't feel responsible although it wasn't sent signed for only tracked. What can I do, if anything? An ideas or suggestions please.
