Is it possible to get a transactions list from an NS&I Premium Bonds account?

We're looking to purchase a house and we've been asked to supply a transactions list showing the money going in and out of our premium bonds account as we did take some out a couple of months ago but then put it back in. Our bank statements show it getting sent to the premium bonds account but they want essentially a bank statement type thing from the premium bonds showing all the transactions in and out. Can this even be produced for premium bonds?

Are you using the app ? If so, you'll probably find you have to access the site as the app is pretty limited. Once you're in your NS&I account, go to Premium Bonds, 'View accounts' and select your own account (this may not apply if you don't also have children's accounts) and you have to scroll down for 'Transaction history' and expand it.

Interestingly, I only have the last batch that I purchased listed in that section, which was in 2020. Changing the filter to 'all' doesn't bring up any other purchases in previous years. The 'Bond record' section does list all the purchases, however.

There's no way of exporting any of this information properly, so I guess how useful this is will depend on whether they'll accept screenshots or not.

Don't NS&I still send paperwork through the post whenever you make a purchase ? I'm not sure whether that also applies to cashing them in though, as I've never done that. If you do have paperwork and a screenshot of transactions isn't acceptable, then that individual paperwork will obviously be a more official form of proof.
