Ideally I want to setup a word template so that it does the following:
1. Header 1
1.1. Header 2
1.1.1. Question
1.2. Header 2
1.2.1. Question
1.2.2. Question
2. Header 1
2.1 Question
Then when you look in the Navigation Pane it will show the Header 1 and Header 2 but not the questions.
I know I've had this done before and so its possible but at the moment I cannot do 2.1 Question as instead it comes out as 2.1.1 Question despite the fact there is no subheading.
How can I get the Question to just be the child of whatever level header its sitting under?

You can achieve the same effect by setting the styles, which causes them to appear in the navigation::
Or is that not what you want?0 -
That's what I have done so far but at the moment if I have a question under a heading 1 (lets say its section 3) then rather than getting the question as 3.1 its coming out as 3.1.1 even though there is no Heading 2 with a reference of 3.1Neil_Jones said:You can achieve the same effect by setting the styles, which causes them to appear in the navigation::Or is that not what you want?
I've had it working previously such that question or clause simply was the level below the heading if followed whereas I seem to have it fixed as being the third level.0
