Hi yes but not worth the paper it is written on. I am with M&S insurance. Tried to use their legal service before which is dealt with by Arc Legal. Asboloutely useless, wasted months of my time to turn around and say the issue in question (not this issue) was already occuring before I had insurance with M&S. The issue was relating to ASB. There had been incidents in the past, but the particular issue was a new one and not something that had happened before. Complete and utter waste of time and energy.
