Looking for advice on my appeals to CP Plus and ParkingEye. I have attached a redacted copy of the PCN. Unfortunately, the PCN looks POFA complaint. Any advice is greatly appreciated. I tried Tony Taylor’s group but the advice was next to useless and the driver is not prepared to pay £30 on the chance an appeal may work. I have read the sticky threads and completed step one (speak to the landowners)Background: the driver (not me) parked at a Moto services and a Welcome Break services on two separate occasions because they were too tired to drive any longer. The driver inadvertently overstayed as they were asleep. The driver and I have written to Moto and their CEO who gave a very unhelpful reply. We also wrote to Welcome Break in the same vein. The driver has a diagnosis for ADHD and dyslexia and has recently passed their test.

I tried Tony Taylor’s group but the advice was next to uselessAgreed. He used to work for UKPC! IMHO it's certainly not worth paying the likes of him.
Just do appeals based in the fact that the signs were unlit and it was pitch black that time of the morning. Same at POPLA.
MOTO are appalling and won't help you. Welcome Break might cancel. Did you email the manager as seen in the webpage for that services? Some cancel these all the time.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks, I just emailed the general customer service email. I have found the CEO’s email for Welcome Break now. The services in question was Corley South. I will also keep in mind the point regarding unlit signsCoupon-mad said:I tried Tony Taylor’s group but the advice was next to uselessAgreed. He used to work for UKPC! I found the email on their website and wrote to the manager, but it bounced back. TypicalCoupon-mad said:No, send the complaint to the manager at that services. WB has a webpage for each.

Sorry, I’ve been absolutely swamped with work today. I’ve submitted the appeal and will keep you posted. The more I think about it, the more I am prepared to fight all the way if necessary. Many thanksCoupon-mad said:I already advised you what to say in that appeal.1 -

Easy when you know how!

Nicely done.
Do you think it was the MOTO Manager or your appeal saying it was pitch black and no signs were visible?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I think it was the latter tbh, considering how useless the manager and CEO were in their response. I also mentioned the ParkingEye v Bowen case, which was very similar.1
