Competition terms and conditions

1. Visit Bristol competition entries must be received by 14:00 on 1 November 2023.   

2. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and will be notified by email.    

3. You must be over 18 to enter. Prize winner must be over 18. The prize winner’s plus one must be over 16 and prize winner and their plus one must show proof of ID upon claiming all prizes.

4. In the event of non acceptance or the winner being uncontactable within 24 hours of the closing date, Visit West reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn valid entry.

5. Prize includes one night stay in a suite at Hote du Vin & Bistro, with dinner and breakfast included. Prize is subject to promotional availability, including but not limited to Christmas, New Year and Valentine’s Day. Once redeemed, the voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable. Voucher is not available for cash redemption. Voucher is not redeemable against any other offer or stay. Validity: Stay must be completed by 30 November 2024.

6. Prize includes two show tickets to Smoke & Mirrors Comedy & Magic Bar, four drinks and two pizzas. Prize valid for any 7pm or 9pm Saturday show throughout November 2023 only. Subject to availability.

7. Prize includes two tickets to St Nicholas Market Air Raid Shelter Walking Tour. Prize must be claimed by 30 November 2024.

8. Prize does not include transport.   

9. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value.

10. If opted in at the time of entry, entrant details may be shared with third party prize-givers. You can unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time.     

11. Employees of Visit West, prize givers and their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from entering the competition.    

12. Winner’s details will be passed to all prize givers for prize fulfilment.       

13. The Editor's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.     

14. Visit West will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible, or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.     

15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control we reserve to right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
