As far as I can see ( and having been involved in this industry in the past) The Residence Collection are buying the PVC window profile that is used to fabricate the frames from Deceunink UK. Both will be buying the DG or TG sealed units from the same raft of suppliers as well.
Personally I would be more concerned with finding a good local installer than anything else.0
