Manufacturers of window systems, normally sell their products to local fabricators/installers, so you would usually just have the contact with them rather than the manufacturer directly.
As far as I can see ( and having been involved in this industry in the past) The Residence Collection are buying the PVC window profile that is used to fabricate the frames from Deceunink UK. Both will be buying the DG or TG sealed units from the same raft of suppliers as well.
Personally I would be more concerned with finding a good local installer than anything else.
