Hi
I have been with o2 pay as you go for about 25 years.
I keep the phone for the concert and perk access - i have another phone which i use as my main one.
The terms (as its not a contract) was to top up £10 once a year and make 1 phone call every 6 months.
Recently i tried to get onto priority but couldn't , spoke to customer service who said my phone was cancelled as the terms had changed to £10 top up every 3 months.
But no one had ever informed me it was changing.
Now they have re instated my phone but i have to pay £40 a year instead of the £10
Can they do that?
