This competition is being promoted by Highland Park,  Highland Distillers Limited  (company no. SC158731) (“Highland Park”) and Edrington UK Distribution Limited (company no. This competition is open to entrants aged eighteen (18) or over who reside in the United Kingdom. Only one (1) entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

This competition is open from 00.00 GMT on 21 September 2023 and will close at 23.59PM on 31 October 2023 (The “Competition Period”) all entries received after the Competition Period shall be automatically disqualified. The Promoter will accept no responsibility for any incomplete entries or entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions in any way.

No purchase is required to enter this competition.

There will be a total of one (1) prize for the winner of the competition and the winner will win the following prize:

Six-course Tasting Menu for two (2) to the value of £400.0 sterling only at Ekstedt at The Yard, Great Scotland Yard Hotel, 3-5 Great Scotland Yard, London SW1A 2HN; and

one (1) bottle of the new limited release, Highland Park ‘London Edition’ Single Malt Whisky (70cl).

The prize does not include any transport to and from The Yard. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice where the prize is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason.

The competition winner will be chosen at random and will be notified on the email provided on entry within five (5) days of the end of the Competition Period (no earlier than 3 November 2023). If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The prize in valid until 1 January 2024 and must be used by the winner by this time.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Scots law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

If the Promoter believes there has been any breach of these terms and conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may at its sole discretion refuse to process an entry or to award the prize. 

The Promoter will not be held liable to any entrant or winner for any fraud committed by any third party not in an event beyond its control.

By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Highland Distillers Limited and Edrington UK Distribution Limited and their respective officers, directors, affiliates, and subsidiaries, from and against any and all claims, demands, expenses, losses and liabilities of any nature whatsoever caused or contributed to by: (i) entering or participating in the competition (including any claims of third parties alleging infringement, rights of publicity, rights of privacy or defamation or other intellectual property rights); (ii)  financial claims; (iii) physical or emotional injury; or (iv) any other legal claim that may arise, whether under contract, tort, warranty or any other theory or claim.
