Amazon sent the wrong item and won’t refund me

I'm going through the same. I ordered MacBook air with Apple care plus but I was delivered art and craft package. I was told I'll be helped but now nobody's helping. But I'm being told that I can only approach after a month to ask for a refund even though I've returned the package the next day and also shared the photo as advised. Even my Apple care is not being refunded. I'm being told that some specialist team would look at it. Sometimes I'm told that investigation are happening but we would not share the result of investigation even though I was told within the 3-day periods investigation would be complete and I can ask questions though they don't respond to the emails. I'm stuck with close to 2,000 lb which Amazon is not refunding. Even the executive team tends to reply with the policy instead of helping me in the problem. I still haven't got the refund and waiting and I'm not sure what my options are and how to seek refund from Amazon. This was my first time horrible experience with Amazon. I'm surprised at the behaviour of all the agents I am dealing with0
