Hi we broke down on a14 recently, waited over 5hours eventually being moved by fmg national highways for which there was a cost. Emailed rac breakdown and gave them details and invoice I had to pay. They said would pay it but sent the payment to fmg national highways account who deny receiving it or can't find it?

Made complaint on Sept 7th then got a reply on 21st sept including this statement...However, as your experience didn't meet the high standard of service we pride ourselves on delivering, we're sending a bank transfer for £192.00. This is a gesture of goodwill for being a valued customer which will be with you within 14 days...then they sent bank transfer to invoice I supplied from fmg national highways. Have been back and forth last few weeks between the 2 companies.0
