Rooster Card not paying out sign-up bonus?

I signed up for 2 Rooster cards back in August after seeing a sign-up deal on this site that promised £20 back per subscription. This is the only reason I signed up as it essentially meant a free year subscription. 

Anyway, I had to chase Rooster as no money ever appeared in my kid's accounts. They played dumb and then paid one lot of £10. They are now telling me no such sign-up offer exists but I know it did! Obviously, it's no longer mentioned on here.

Has anybody else had this problem?

I don't see anything like this in any sections All results /  News / Deals /  Weekly Email
And in the Internet I see only £10.

It was on the comparison of kids cards but is not there now since the offer is long expired. Anyway, I can see from Trust Pilot that I'm not the only person they have not honoured the same deal with.
