Great British Insulation Scheme - does anyone offer solid wall insulation?

I have contacted the majority. Despite there being a whole range of possible measures, all of the ones I contacted only offer cavity or loft insulation, I was looking for pitched foot insulation, seems a huge damp squid. I don't know if you are off the gas grid? If so you might qualify for Hug funding? I got EWI through this earlier in the year. Hug2 is now available, you apply through your local authority.0
