I went to Bournemouth University and we would always go and visit Durdle Door. Was always a beautiful place to visit and spend time with friends. Probably only worth it if the weather is good though, but even if you dont sit on the beach it is a beautiful area to walk around.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, trip sorted and back home now.

We opted for Winchester on both outward and homebound journeys which worked out well for us. We considered the new forest but it was wet on the way home so decided against it.

We did visit Durdle Door, second time for me, still as nice as the first, and nice to go with my wife, was a solo traveller before!

Monkey World was also a side trip, which we enjoyed.

Then it was lots of side trips to different beaches etc.

    Thanks again for the suggestions

Glad to hear you went to Durdle Door! How was the weather when you went? And did your wife enjoy it?
