experience with plan.com if anyone could help

In 2019 I company called Prestige Salesman got me on the phone and convinced me to move my company 4 mobile number to plan and pay less than what I pay now. that i signed for 3 years.
my bill was reduced by 50 pounds for 1 year but suddenly my bills jumped to 250 pounds after a year, yes I was scammed I had not been told the catch, then a new salesman forced me to sign for 3 more years to be able to pay what I use to pay year a go.
now took me 3 long years to pay a massive bill just because I wanted to keep my number, in august I started requesting a pac code and it took till 3rd October to receive my PAC code by email, the unclear instructions provided to apply for pack code via my plan portal that option was hidden somewhere in the Website. I called and got instructions on how to apply, Long story short i recived my PAC code 3rd of October. As it is took a month then a new bill was generated for the following month and they put a hold on my number to charge me £138 pound for the following month. and forced me to pay 138 pounds to release my number
this was the worst experience I ever had with any provider. 
how I will be able to help other people not trapped in the same situation I did. 
and if I want to make an official complaint to the authority of this company I should take my complaint.
I am happy now the hostage situation its ended and they released my number after they get the ransom paid
