CEL DCB Legal court claim

Hey everyone, hope everyone had a good Christmas!
I've had the N180 through the post which I've completed. The form says to check MCOL to see if I can submit via email but I can't see anything on there relating to it. Is ccbcaq@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk still okay to send this to? Or would I now need to post this?
The claimant on the notice of proposed allocation is CEL - does this change how I approach anything with my defence being issued against DCB Legal?
Edit: Section D1 asks if I'm happy for the case to be determined without a hearing - I've entered no, and the reason being that the claimant has an experienced legal team, and I would like the opportunity to explain my case - is this sufficient/correct?
Many thanks!0 -
There are new emails and guidance in the defence template thread plus the newbies sticky thread as well
Definitely do not use out of date email addresses, follow the current updated advice in those 2 sticky thread ps
No posting anything, use emails to the DQ email address and cc in dcb legal too
There is a ready made answer to that question in the guidance
Make sure you use the downloaded N180 pdf, not the postal one from dcb legal
Edit your thread title to something more suitable like
