Boiler suddenly humming

  • I serviced the boiler 1 month ago and tomorrow the gas engineer is coming back.
Last time he also replaced the G10 seal.

Am i supposed to pay for tomorrow visit considering the recent service?

No idea. It depends on too much.
A service just checks, cleans and tests the boiler - it doesn't include a 'fix'. In theory, a regularly-service boiler should have fewer unexpected issues arising, but in practice it's nothing like, say, a car; if you don't service a car, it will be knackered very quickly. But a boiler doesn't need things like an oil change, so in reality, if it's going to go wrong from wearing out, then that will still happen regardless.
At the last service, if the guy had pointed out, say, a noisy pump, then you'd still have had to pay for this.
The main purpose of an annual service is to maintain the warranty! Yes, it can also pick up of the beginnings of some issues, so they can hopefully be repaired sooner, or not fail unexpectedly, but they are unlikely to prevent the item from failing!
This visit tomorrow is a different issue to the service. If there's a 'fault', then it'll need fixing - and that will need paying for.
Sometimes a thoughtful GS will point out that there are a few things wearing out, and for them to fix it all will cost a small fortune, so will recommend a fixed-price repair. I had that happen last time.
