Certificate of compliance for re-mortgage

Dear @Land_Registry
I am in the process of remortgaging my property property and have noticed that there are 2 restrictions set by the Builder/management company on the title. I am attaching the screenshot of the restrictions for your reference.
- restriction 1 is between the builder/mgmt company and a 3rd party entity called xxx Properties Limited
- restriction 2 is between the builder/mgmt company and (my wife and me).
The builder/mgmt company now does not exist and now stands dissolved
For the re-mortgage, I must submit a certificate of compliance for the 2 restrictions.
How am I able to get a certificate of compliance? I am in a fix.
Can a letter of compliance from my solicitor help that can be used to be submitted to the LR?
Thanks

MV

Both restrictions require a conveyancer to certify as per the wording used
If the fact that the company has dissolved impacts then see our Practice Guide which may help“Official Company Representative

Have you read the relevant paragraphs of the Transfer Deeds to see what your solicitors are meant to be certifying they have done?0
