SMETS 2 - No reading
Had smets 2 meters fitted a few days ago so I’m not familiar yet. Elec meter is reading fine.
Gas meter shows no reading (blank screen) but IHD shows a reading (3 m3) is this normal? Meter has a keypad but I have no idea how to use it. Can. anyone help please?

Gas meter screen will be in sleep mode. Press a button to wake it up & you should see your reading1
