British Gas Bills
Is anyone else getting bills from British Gas that say how much you owe from May to August - say they’re going to take the amount by DD on or shortly after a date a few weeks ahead - then they don’t and a bit later on get another bill with a completely different amount and due date? This has been going on since early September. Just thought I would see if anyone has experienced this before I contact them tomorrow. Thanks

British Gas are pants and their customer service sucks big time!I had to contact my MP last time they tried to take money from me incorrectly and it then got sorted pretty damn quick but why on earth should we have to chase them to do their jobs properly?BRITISH gas? Wish it still were - their call centre is in south Africa - good luck understanding any conversation with them0
