Mould resistant paint for bedroom.

Hi folks,
We have this mould problem in our bedroom upstairs (semi detached chalet bungalow) where the bedroom is more or less in the roof space, so the ceiling slopes into the wall.
The mould seems to develop in the same place and we have tried lots of things keeping the room well aired, humidifiers and other gadgets etc but still the mould develops especially over the winter months.
The bedroom is on the unattached gable side, there is insulation in that gable from the time it was built in the eighties. A few years ago a contractor called to ask us if we wanted further insulation, they were doing the area under a free grant scheme, but as it meant drilling holes every metre or so in the walls outside, I was not keen on the idea at all, as I felt it would be a real cosmetic eye sore, even though it was free, so I skipped that idea.
Anyway I don't let the mould get really bad, a good wipe down with a face cloth and some warm water mixed with fairly liquid, which cleans it up for a while, but it does returrn.
Anyway I have just googled paint to help deal with mould and this came up,
PermaWhite® (Interior) | Zinsser UK
Does anyone have any experience of this or other paints that help deal with mould and would it be suitable for a bedroom?
I know the ultimate solution is to find a way of not letting the mould develop in the first place, but that may be very difficult to find out.
Many thanks for any advice.

I've used Zinsser (perma white) very successfully in our bathroom to deal with mould etc., so if you're looking for a paint for mouldy issues then that would be my go to.
Mould is normally better treated with white vinegar which kills off the spores (rather than fairy) I've found that the sarsons 500ml glass bottles fit perfectly with the old spray head of a supermarket glass cleaner, and spray it then use a sponge dishwashing sponge to wipe the vinegar and mould off. (I have a second bathroom which I've not got around to repainting with Zinsser yet).1 -
I have used some Crown trade mould inhibiting paint -Excellent for flat roof internal mould concern.
More recently Ronseal Anti Mould Emulsion Paint -Small internal Wall Mould Area- Seems excellent since 2022.
