council gave me a ticket on double yellows - lost clock so wrote the time down

hi after some help please and hopefully a template link

i was parked on double yellows - literally gone 5 mins before i got a ticket. i had lost my wheel clock for my blue badge (found now) so wrote down the time i arrived and got a ticket. my argument will be just because i couldn't find my wheel didn't make me any less disabled when I needed to use my car! 

If anyone has any experience about this, It would be great to hear from you

As we major on private parking tickets here, PePiPoo will be your best bet for council tickets. Register there but please note that a Hotmail address won't work - try using a throwaway Gmail account instead if you do have trouble registering, and post a new thread; here's your link:

I think the appeal will be accepted given the fact you'd parked with a Blue Badge and made an effort to show the time of arrival.

i think so - it allowed me to create an account  - does that make it right?
