This may be of help to fellow NI citizens:
Earlier, I bought home insurance via Topcashback & Money Supermarket, as usual without reading the terms.  To my horror, I then discovered the MS doesn't pay cashback to residents of Northern Ireland which is a change since I've gone through them before.  (This may be down to our particular and ongoing Brexit drama).
I've now cancelled the policy and am about to go throught Go Compare instead.  GC hasn't mentioned NI in its terms so hopefully things will go well.

UPDATE: I contacted MSM who now state that 'We are also in discussion with our compliance team about the wider position of not being able to pay out for customers in Northern Ireland'.

The NI discussion appears to have reached a happy conclusion already since, on TC the exclusion has disappeared.
