UKPC parking fine appeal rejected

I hope someone can help please. My daughter entered a UKPC monitored car park one evening to drop her partner off. She left the site shortly after and returned the following morning to pick him up. A week later she received a parking fine as she had overstayed the time limit. The ANPR somehow did not read her index leave the site or re entering. She's provided them with her Google maps journey at the exact times and locations showing her movements going in, out then back in and out. They have rejected her appeal stating that they've reviewed the footage and cannot see her leave. What can she do in this scenario please?

Also as she was only droping her parter off she wasn't parking so can't be issued with any sort of invoice for parking there.The comments I post are my personal opinion.
