How much to offer in Sheffield

I work in Nether Edge (live in Worksop though after moving out of Sheffield) and the traffic is now appalling since the council have shut a load of the side streets off to through traffic. It used to take 5-10 minutes to drive from where I work to pick up the other half. Now I'm lucky if I can do that in 20-25 minutes. I am genuinely quicker walking but need the car for work!
I have worked here for 23 years and the traffic this last year or so has made me seriously consider if this job is worth the extra time sat in the car.
I would be looking elsewhere in Sheffield for that budget to be quite frank.0 -

But saying that we used to live in Foxhill and the drive across town was taking as long!!
Once we are out of Sheffield traffic tends to flow more freely. Normally takes about 45 minutes to get home.1
