Asda won't refund overcharge

I found Roger's email address already but he actually stood down in 2021, have tried similar formats for the current CEO/owner but bounces, will try the former. Thanks for your help

This all does reflect badly on Asda, inflexibility that you really wouldn't expect from such an organisation.
Had your £55 voucher worked at least you would have benefited from it in some way. We were offered only what was owed to us as an E-voucher so once you take into account that using it would be subject to a delivery charge it would actually mean that we'd paid for shopping weeks/months in advance and at a small financial loss.
I went through the process of initiating a chargeback which was a bit of a pain, but we now have had the money owed credited to our account, subject to Asda proving that they didn't owe it to us.0
