hi everyone ,
I’ve previously posted but lost my log in so posting as a newbie.
have receive a notice for parking at a local retail park, however the notice doesn’t appear to have a pcn number. It has a “parking charge ref number” which doesn’t seem valid as to use when logging into appeal.

My appeal is based on the fact that I went on the retail park in the morning, my son forgot his gift voucher we returned home to get it and went back to the retail park. The notice seems to think we were there for over the stated allowance for parking. Even though in both visits we were not there for more than 30 mins, not sure how I can prove this to be the case. Any ideas on either points? Attached the letter for info - reacted.

No PCN number on letter?
Yes there is. Under the date. Ends in 81.
You don't have to prove this is a double dip*. Give them approx times and DEMAND they look for the orphan images* they missed.
GET ANGRY ABOUT THEM OBTAINING YOUR DATA WITH NO REASONABLE CAUSE.* use those phrasesPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Wow they didn't even have the good grace to apologise. I must say, I detest Group Nexus because this - plus a cut-throat legacy PCN attack of tens of thousands of court claims in 2021 as the Country tried to emerge from the pandemic - is typical of what we see.
And I hope they are reading this. IMHO they are among the worst auto-PCN-churning useless ANPR firms. IMHO they need to learn humility and grow a customer service ethic (and by customers I mean motorists).
To be fair, the use of ANPR in private hands needs to be eroded. Someone has to stop this crap. Group Nexus won't be missed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
