‘No Parking’ Private ticket, CPMS (IPC)

Do I have a chance of winning? I made an honest mistake:
- Had to run into my apartment to collect items under time pressure, nowhere else to park
- Sign says ‘No Parking’ outside apartments, no one else around early morning, so no blockage or loss (See attached)
- we have few dedicated parking spots (1 hour max) around the corner, but they were all full
- I may have used the wrong template and accidentally identified myself as the driver but you could read the message as ‘I’ the keeper
- Notice to Keeper looks in good standing (See attached)
- denied by CPMS through their online complaints process
- denied by landowner when trying to speak with the company that I rent from
- have around a week left of £60, before it goes to £100
- understand, no point going through IAS/IPC so next stage would be court

Do I have any chance of winning?

Just ignore CPMS and the £170 debt demands.  No CCJ is risked. Yes you'd likely win in court.

Tell them if you move house within 6 years otherwise they could write to an old address (which is an unsafe position re stealth CCJs).

    That is all.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
