ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the Prize Draw period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, the prize provider, or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Friday 13 October 2023.
Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00pm on Friday 3 November 2023.

Winner selection & contact:

The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.
Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize of a three (3)-night break for the winner and up to seven (7) companion(s) to Calcot Farmhouse in Shropshire. The prize includes accommodation based on eight (8) people sharing a farmhouse (which includes four (4) bedrooms), on a self-catering basis. Linen and towels will be provided.The prize also includes £200 (two hundred pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at Calcot Farmhouse for security deposit purposes. The prize provider will contact the winner via e-mail to make arrangements for booking the prize. The prize must be booked within two (2) months of winner contact and taken up by 15 December 2024. If the winner does not book the prize or take-up the prize within the applicable timeframes, the prize will be deemed forfeited and no refunds or extension will be given by the prize provider. There are no blackout dates however the prize is subject to availability. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. The winner may be required to show proof of age and will be required to complete a guest booking form as well as providing full contact details.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The prize excludes transport to and from Calcot Farmhouse in Shropshire, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses (other than those specified above).

The prize may not be sold on online auction sites. The prize is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other alternative.
