  • You need to specify the actual parking company that is suing you.  If it's Met Parking Services, say so

    I mean when the Parking Eye vs Beavis case is quoted, not the Claimant

    Looks like a CCJ was registered against you last January, and has been escalated to the High Court   ?

    £1511.96 is well over the £600 threshold for a Writ of Control, so now it's with the bailiffs

    You have not updated this thread for 21 months, so what happened in the meantime   ?

    Before this i have moved houses and the letter from the court after my defence was sent to my previous address.  I have sent the court an email with my correct address but they wanted me to fill up a form and pay around £300 for the form to be taken in consideration. I have filled the form and sent it without paying the fee.
    Since then I have received those letters from dcbl

    In 2024 April apparently they've sent an acknowledge letter or something like that to my previous address which I had no idea about
